Inclusion & environment
Leaders and staff have high expectations for all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff check children's progress across the seven areas of learning and development to highlight any gaps quickly and focus support on these areas. Leaders ensure staff receive targeted training, such as speech and language, which positively impacts teaching quality and outcomes for children.
During free play in the garden, children behave very well. Staff create reading dens throughout the gardens, and children enjoy using these spaces to independently choose books and read together with their friends.
My son has been going here since June this year and is very happy. The staff are all very friendly and always pleased to see you! Such a nice, warm, home from home environment 😊
