My daughter has attended little footsteps from age 1 to 4. Throughout the years attending, the staff have very supportive and attentive to the needs of my child. They are understanding of the needs of working families and will be as flexible as they possibly can. With regular updates and daily records and photos on the app, you can keep up to date with daily activities, nap times and meals. Throughout the year the children are involved in different celebrations and activities with plenty of opportunities for parents to attend and join in. During my daughter's time at little footsteps we identified special educational needs and all the nursery staff were very supportive. They welcomed visits from external therapy specialists, worked alongside a development team and adopted additional different learning strategies that can support speech, physical and occupational development for my daughter, which can also be beneficial for the development of all children. We have had a fantastic time at little footsteps and I wish them all the best for the future.

10 stars! The team at little footsteps are nurturing, fun and caring. Our daughter has attended for 2 years and has enjoyed every day, made lovely friends and great connections with her teachers. This nursery has a big heart, the staff work really hard to create a wonderful environment for the children. Metta and her team are brilliant.

Little Footsteps on Popes Lane is our second home. The staff are like family to my nearly 3 year old daughter who has been attending this nursery since she was 1. If you can imagine having a nanny with whom you have a close relationship of complete trust, that is how I feel about the staff at Little Footsteps, in particular the nursery manager Metta who has 25+ years' experience and is in my view the best possible care giver you could ask for. I am beyond grateful for the care they give my child, who had a hard time separating from us at the start and it took her a while to settle in. But the team, led by Metta, gave her so much focus and attention that she soon overcame it and is now incredibly happy there. We get live updates via the nursery app and you will always see the children playing happily. This nursery is so important to us as a family that we decided not to move in order to keep our daughter at the nursery. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

A fantastic nursery, with outstanding staff. They care so individually and thoughtfully for each of the children, and it’s very clear that they prioritise kindness, respect and a nurturing environment. They do trips out to the library and the local playground and spend as much time in the garden as possible. The kids are always playing and having fun and the relationships with each other and staff are brilliant. The onsite chef takes extra care of children who have allergies, and she is an incredibly kind person. The nursery manager is hugely experienced guiding each child and their family, and totally hands-on. Whenever you collect your child, she’s usually cuddling one of the babies or toddlers at the door! I have no hesitation about recommending this nursery for babies and children of all ages.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, very caring staff and a good range of activities (and food!) for the children. Our child has been there since 11 months and is absolutely thriving. They do trips out, sports lessons, plays, lots of reading, playing and special events. A few times a year as a parent you have the opportunity to come and see the kids at nursery too and they do a range of times for these visits to accommodate working parents. The opening hours are also excellent for working parents.
