A lovely, well run and happy nursery! If you want your children to be excited when they go to nursery every day, look no further. The staff are excellent and Amanda (the nursery manager) manages things with professionalism and care. I don’t recognise the comment two below about the manager not being on site - she has her office in the nursery and I see her regularly! Most importantly, our daughter is happy to go (literally says ‘yay’ whenever we say she is going to nursery haha). It feels like a loving environment and there are varied activities for the kids. The space is small but they use it well and the quality of the care (from our experience) has been very good. Alongside this, the nursery does small things to help parents, like the first week of December they opened on Saturday to give parents time to organise Christmas. They have a high level of empathy for the intensity of modern London parent life. I would recommend them for your little ones if you live in the Ealing or Acton area 👍
Read on GoogleOur son has been going to the Boutique Day Nursery since he was 9 months old and I can’t recommend it enough. The setting is beautiful, spotless, and spacious. The staff are so attentive, caring and passionate. They always go the extra mile to keep parents informed and make a huge effort to enable parents to connect with one another through events such as the festive party. They also offer a complimentary day of childcare on a Saturday in December so parents can do their Christmas shopping, or anything else they might want to do. Yes, it’s more expensive than other nurseries in Ealing, but it’s completely worth it from our experience, and they’re one of the few nurseries in the area that accepts salary sacrifice which is a big plus. We’ve never had to worry about our son whilst there, knowing he’s getting excellent high-quality food, and excellent high-quality care.
Read on GoogleMy daughter has been attending the Boutique day nursery for 2.5 years, and I couldn’t be happier with how well she is cared for. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and the management is always approachable. I especially appreciate that they take the kids to the park every day for fresh air and a change of environment. It’s been a great place for her to grow and be happy.
Read on GoogleBoth of our kids have been with this nursery, the teachers are very caring and we are confident the kids are in great hands. They are really unique, offering special events such as a free Saturday in Dec to allow the parents to get ready for Christmas. We also love their fun Christmas parties, well being sessions and family portrait offers. Definitely recommend!
Read on GoogleHaving tried quite a few nurseries this is by far the best one I have seen over the years. The carers are absolutely amazing and genuinely want to be there, love the kids, and really well are trained. I used to think my daughter was always gonna cry at drop off but since she joined BDN she never does - she loves going in so much it makes me very happy. If you have any doubts please do go and meet Amanda and the teachers. Honestly, your kids will be in great hands. Happy to chat and give personal references if anyone has got any questions
