30am until 6pm. Rated as 'Good' by Ofsted following its inspection on 24 November 2023, the nursery ensures a warm welcome for children, employing staff who gather detailed information about each child's background and interests before they start.
This approach helps children settle quickly and maximises their learning time. The curriculum, designed by leaders, is broad and varied, building on children's skills as they progress through different rooms.
Staff plan exciting activities based on children's interests, such as gathering leaves from the garden for making pictures, and effectively challenge them by asking open-ended questions. The manager is particularly passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), implementing strategies like visual communication aids, calm areas, and one-to-one care.
The nursery also prioritises children's communication and language development, using a consistent welcome song across all rooms to build confidence in speaking. Young babies have a quiet, calm space for sleep, while older children have dedicated rest times, with options to go outside or use different areas of the nursery to support their well-being.
Parents consistently praise Little Learners Day Nursery, noting their children's love for attending and the supportive, welcoming, and positive manner of the staff. They also appreciate the regular information sharing via an online app and daily handovers, which helps them support their child's learning at home.

This is the best school ever on this planet earth. They changed my little boys life, ofsted need to give this school 100stars. My son speech was transformed and currently transforming my daughter’s life. My daughter is the smartest little girl I’ve ever met. They are all over the children, Melissa is the best, she’s passionate about children, Mc Kenna is extremely amazing, supported my son from non verbal due to relocating and not been able to see any children or relate with children for a whole year. Our health visitor connected us to Melissa and the rest they say is history. They are the most amazing folks ever. Little learner should be rated no 1 school. God bless you all for us. We really appreciate you guys so much. Everyone is kind. Paige is extremely good too. They give listening ears, they support wholeheartedly and we are blessed to have them. Thank you to the little learners team. I respect an appreciate your government Melissa. Our children loves you all. My children’s nephews are definitely going to attend little learners. We pray and hope little learners have a bigger school in the future. We wish you all the best. Did I mention this is the most inclusive school ever. I love you guys a lot. Thank you so much.
