As soon as my daughter moved up to the toddler room, she became extremely unhappy, anxious and hated going to nursery. In July 2024, we received a call to advise our daughter had been aggressively thrown onto the changing mat by a member of staff. We were informed 3 hours after the incident occurred and when we collected her she still had red marks on her back. The management in this nursery and the staff do not care about safeguarding of children.
Read on GoogleWe were understandably nervous about our 1 year old starting nursery but he settled in within a couple of days here. He now obviously looks forward to attending and gets on so well with the staff. The days are varied and even after a couple of weeks we've experienced him learning new behaviours. He eats well and sleeps well at nursery too which is reassuring. The app they provide for updates is great and gives you an insight into key development moments. We would definitely recommend Little Me Thatcham
