Little Monsters Day Nursery, established in 2009 by Shweta Ganger, offers a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 3 months up to school age. Shweta, who holds a BA (hons) in Early Years and has over 14 years of experience, initially opened the nursery as a 20-place setting.
In 2022, the nursery relocated to a larger premise, expanding its capacity to 46 children. The nursery prides itself on fostering a creative learning path to build confidence and prepare children for their ongoing educational journey.
Their core philosophy is "Inspiring Children to fulfill their Aspirations," focusing on the belief that happy and secure children are more receptive to learning and personal growth. They provide flexible full-time and part-time sessions, and all meals and snacks are included in their childcare provision.

My son has been at Little Monsters for over a year now and he absolutely loves the nursery. The environment is safe, well organized and very friendly. I find staff members to be experienced who let children develop at their own pace. A BIG THANK YOU to Shweta, nursery director for being so approachable and always keen to answer any questions as well as all the team who's been looking after my boy for the past year.
Read on GoogleLittle monsters is truly a lovely setting, my little one loves it and has thrived since being there. Always tells me when she has being doing that day. Shweta (manager) is great, any issue or looking for advice she is always responsive. Laura is amazing too, she helped my little one to come out of her shell and also supported her on her days where is shy or just not happy. She always leaves Nursey with the biggest smile. 100% recommend!
Read on GoogleMy daughter has been at Little Monsters since she was 2. From the start, Shweta, the manager, put our mind at ease and answered all the questions and anxieties we had about our little girl starting nursery. From then on, communication has been great and it's clear Shweta and the team really care about the children and work closely with parents to help the children grow and go through all the phases toddlers and pre-schoolers inevitably go through. The staff are very caring and our daughter has really thrived there growing in confidence both socially and academically. She will be sad to leave.
Read on GoogleMy little boy loves going to Little Monsters. The staff have been amazing at ensuring he’s settled in well and put things in place to ensure he is comfortable after he’s been off for a period of time. For example, ensuring his key worker comes to greet him at the door. He always comes home with arts and crafts and we get updates on what he’s been eating, how long he’s slept, nappy changes and his golden moments. We’re so glad we chose Little Monsters!
Read on GoogleOur son has been going to little monsters since he was 1.5 years old and now he is just above 3. This is the most loving/caring nursery that I have come across in my experience of being a parent. My son has learned so much, all thanks to the exposure that he has received at little monsters. Best price in Fleet/surrounding area and kids are not just put at a corner to entertain themselves with toys but kids are actually taught phonics, new vocab etc through activities and they do a lot of fun-learn projects everyday. A big shout out to Shweta,Jessy,Anna,Laura,Jenny,Ada, not to forget the latest staff additions - Kat and Vicky, you all are doing a fantabulous job, thank you ever so much and its such a pleasure to meet you all on a daily basis.
