Little Oaks Day Nursery & Pre-School is located in Kingswood, South Gloucestershire, providing care for children from birth to five years. It operates on weekdays from 7.30am until 6pm. Ofsted inspected the nursery in July 2024 and gave it an overall rating of 'Good'. The report found that children are happy, thrive, and form strong bonds with staff who meet their emotional needs. A curriculum is planned based on children’s existing knowledge, and staff support them to play together and become confident communicators.

The nursery supports children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), and the special educational needs coordinator helps staff to use strategies like visual aids. Staff work with parents and other professionals to implement individualised learning plans. According to Ofsted, partnerships with parents are strong. To improve, the inspector recommended strengthening staff interactions in the baby room to help children acquire new words, and ensuring group activities are adapted for children’s varying abilities to support their progress.
