TAKE NOTICE:- DATA PROTECTION BREACH Unfortunately, LIttle Oaks pre-school failed to understand the scope and extent of Parental Responsibility of a non resident parent. Upon searching the data protection register, I served them a General Data Protection Notice, on behalf of my child, to obtain her personal data. But the Data Protection officer appears to have given the ICO a false address for service and therefore my daughter's personal information (and mine) were delivered to another person unrelated to the data protection officer. I asked the school to explain the Data Protection breach, of sensitive personal data, but the servants, agents or otherwise vehemently lied to cover up their duty to report a data protection breach to me.
