Inclusion & environment
Staff swiftly identify children who are not at their expected levels of development. They work closely with parents and other professionals to develop individual support plans to help children close gaps in their learning.
The nursery provides children with daily opportunities for fresh air and exercise. Staff ensure children are dressed appropriately to enable them to play outside in all weathers. Children run, climb and balance on age-appropriate apparatus outdoors, and staff help them connect with nature by making bird feeders for the garden.
