Little People At The Limes provides care for children from birth to four years old in Preston. The day nursery is open all year round, from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. Sessions from 7am are also available by arrangement. The setting offers government-funded places for eligible two, three, and four-year-olds.
Ofsted inspected the day nursery in February 2023 and gave it an overall rating of 'Good'. The inspector reported that leaders plan the curriculum to build on children’s knowledge and that staff know the children well. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive targeted support. The report also noted that staff prioritise children's emotional well-being and that parents receive communications through a dedicated app.
