The Longridge Nursery, also known as 2toSchool Pre-School, is a non-profit organisation that has been serving the Longridge, Preston community for over 15 years. The nursery provides a stimulating environment with a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, including phonics, crafts, music, story time, and walks in the local area, all aimed at supporting children's development.
They prioritise the welfare and happiness of children and build strong relationships with parents and carers. The nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, focusing on personal, social and emotional development, communication and language, physical development, mathematics, literacy, understanding the world, and expressive art and design.
With a focus on affordability, they strive to deliver high-quality childcare and work closely with local primary schools to ensure a smooth transition for children moving on to reception. The committed, experienced, and qualified staff are all trained in paediatric first aid, safeguarding, and food hygiene, and the nursery provides nutritious snacks.

This term-time only nursery offers sessions structured into early, morning, lunchtime, afternoon, and late sessions, alongside full-day care. Fees are split into two age brackets: 2-year-olds and 3 to 4-year-olds. Sessions include snacks, while parents must provide a packed lunch for the lunchtime session.
