We’ve had such a great experience with this nursery. The team are friendly, supportive, and always keep us informed. Our child has settled in so well and comes home happy, which means everything to us
Read on GoogleI hqve 2 kids that have been there for the past 3 years. The nursery is brilliant, they take so good taking care of them. They also have the outside garden and use the discover center facilities to play. Both my kids have been very happy in there
Read on GoogleAbsolutely appalling experience with this nursery. The manager is cold, unsympathetic, and clearly sees the nursery as nothing more than a business – with no genuine care or empathy for children or parents. I would never feel safe or comfortable leaving my child in their care. The management is completely unethical. Communication is non-existent – they don’t respond to emails, and despite repeated requests. The environment itself is just as bad – the toys are old, broken, and filthy. The staff are highly unprofessional and, shockingly, have been yelling at children. It’s heartbreaking and enraging to think of vulnerable kids being treated this way. This place should not be allowed to operate. Do your children a favour – keep them far away from here.
Read on GoogleIncredible nursery with attentive staff. I have not experienced one bad encounter with this nursery and find that my child's development has been nothing short of excellent. The staff are well trained and I feel reassured that my children are safe at all times. I am consistently kept up to date with all the latest updates regarding the nursery and I am able to confidently address any concerns whilst trusting that these will be handled in the most appropriate manner. Would definitely recommend this nursery for those looking for a diverse and caring environment for their children.
Read on GoogleMy son has been attending this nursery for over a year now. The staff has always been very accommodating and flexible with our family’s needs. My son enjoys his time there and always comes out happy, which is a testament to the fun and engaging environment they provide. Additionally, they are very accommodating with parents’ needs in terms of changing days and times, which has been a blessing for us.
