Inclusion & environment
There are effective strategies in place to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff implement plans effectively to help children to join in with learning experiences, such as giving them resources to help them focus. The provider liaises with parents and carers and other professionals, resulting in children receiving a consistent approach to their learning.
Staff support children to gain confidence in their physical abilities. Older children gain more control of their bodies, such as they learn to throw and catch balls during daily trips to the park. Children enjoy discovering wildlife in the park, exploring the texture of bark and picking flowers.
An amazing place where my son goes everyday for the last 3 years. From our first visit with the managers Shazia and Nekisha to the staff Liah, Diana, Zebiba, Thilani, Tatiana and Ana Maria. The place really embraces the creative aspect of young children and amplifies it with their fun and friendly environment where my son is excited to go back to every day. They are very helpful and their organisation is perfect - everyone is like a big family to my son and I hope others take this chance to let their children grow in this wonderful nursery. I would like to give big thanks to the owner Siva as well and Methila.
Read on GoogleMy son started at Little Stepping Stones in September 2021 at 9 months old. He was the youngest in the nursery and I was astounded at how quickly he developed after only a few weeks in their care. We’re now moving out the area and are quite devastated he’ll be leaving Little Stepping Stones. Shazia and the team have given wonderful care and support to my son as well as kept me well informed and updated on his progress and well being both verbally at the end of each day and via the app. The meals and activities are well thought out and the children have lots of opportunities to learn and for free play. They’re a truly lovely group of women who work at this nursery and I feel quite sad for my son to be leaving, thank you to you all at Little Stepping Stones.
Read on GoogleGreat nursery, lovely staff, very friendly. They made my son feel comfortable when he first started. Their daily routine is perfect for him and the activities they do are great, very supportive especially during potty training. I love the app they have as i can see his progress and see what he gets up to. Breakfast, snacks and lunch are all healthy foods, which is a big win for me. Getting feedback at the end of the day makes me feel comfortable and confident that little stepping stones is the right nursery for my son. Would definitely recommend this nursery.

Read on GoogleMy daughter's been attending the Little Stepping Stone since she was a your old (she is two now) and she has come along by miles. The staff are friendly and caring and my daughter loves attending the nursery. She usually just falls out of my arms running into the nursery, particularly when certain staff are around. The nursery is a family I could not do without.
