Inclusion & environment
Children benefit from regular time outdoors to support their physical skills. They confidently climb and travel through tunnels and race wheeled push-along toys with their friends. For example, young children learn to manage their own risks as they climb ladder steps in the garden. Children also enjoy visits to local parks.
We have been so happy with Lloyd Williamson Nursery for our daughter. She started attending when she was less than one year old. The teachers in the baby room are warm and caring and there has been little to no turnover, which is extremely reassuring for us. It's nice for our child to see the same familiar, happy faces week after week. We appreciate the flexibility if we have a last minute request to add an additional day to the schedule and we like the hours that are offered (8am-6pm). I would absolutely recommend Lloyd Williamson Nursery to those looking for child care in the Notting Hill/Kensington area.
Read on GoogleThis is an amazing Nursery. I went back to work and needed extended hours nursery for my young baby (6 months at beginning). I was reluctant to leave a child so young, but he loves it and has thrived in this environment and has learnt so much. He has become so social. He races in every morning and gets very excited at the gate beforehand. He is a bit of a mummy's boy, so this is comforting. The school is flexible in that we have had to call short notice for out-of-term time days and Ramona (head) bend over backwards to accommodate if she possibly can. The team of teachers and management are fab / all safe pair of hands. it is NOT a revolving door of staff at all, unlike the small ‘boutique’ Notting Hill nursery we used in the past (and pulled him out in favour of LWS). The teachers haven’t really changed. They are very creative, and we have been given wonderful well-crafted and beautifully produced memory books of each child's progress every year end. Highly recommend
