Children happily engage in outdoor play in the garden, developing their physical skills using balance bikes, ride-on toys, and negotiating a tyre-assault course, which supports their balance, spatial awareness, and coordination. The dedicated team has a strong understanding of each child's individual learning needs, adapting activities to ensure good progress.

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are particularly well-supported, with staff working closely with other professionals and the local authority to help them achieve their best. The pre-school encourages a love of books, strong communication skills, and provides a wide range of resources that match children's interests, fostering creativity and imagination.

Staff also act as positive role models, promoting politeness, turn-taking, and sharing among the children.

How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are supported well. Staff are nurturing and very responsive to children's individual needs, working closely with other professionals and the local authority to help them make the best possible progress.

Outdoor space

Children enjoy developing their physical skills by playing in the garden. They use balance bikes and ride-on toys, and have space to run and jump. Children splash in puddles, walk along a tyre-assault course, and roll hoops, which helps develop their balance, spatial awareness, and coordination.
