Magic Moments at Tudor Way Childrens Centre in Worcester provides care for children from birth to four years old. It operates from 7.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, on an all-year basis. The day nursery received an overall judgement of Good from Ofsted in August 2022. The inspector noted that staff create a positive atmosphere where children are happy and settled. Parents who spoke with the inspector were full of praise for the staff and felt supported.

According to the Ofsted report, staff are very skilled at supporting children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, adapting the curriculum to meet their needs. Children’s speaking and listening skills are supported well, and the curriculum for mathematics is well-taught. The outdoor space is used effectively for energetic physical play, including running and climbing. To improve, Ofsted suggested enhancing the planning of child-led activities and developing the curriculum for creative development.
