*From a Grandparents perspective*....after being very involved with our 2 grandsons childcare it was an anxious time for us too, moving them forwards into pre-school care. Finding Magpies and EVERY incredible member of staff there so truly committed was such a sigh of relief. The most loving, attentive, all embracing care, freedom of choice to engage with so many enrichingly fun and educational activities in a bright and safe environment. If you are choosing pre-school, term time, school hours childcare you will not find better than this amazing nursery. Eternally grateful to Tracey and her lovely team.

My son goes to magpies and has been for the past almost two years, he has come on leaps and bounds since going. The staff go above and beyond for all the children, I feel completely at ease leaving my son there which is something I never thought I'd say. I love hearing all his stories about what he gets up to at preschool when he comes home. The staff make everyday fun and exciting with something different going on. I am a very happy mummy sending my son to magpies. Thank you Tracie and her team x

My 2 year old goes here and absolutely loves it. The staff are so lovely and enthusiastic. I’ve noticed a real improvement in my daughters speech and behaviour since she started attending the setting, I never have any problems at drop off because she is just so excited to go and see everyone again. I pick my daughter up early and so often see the staff in action with the other children and it’s so reassuring to see how vigilant and genuinely caring they are with all of the children. I know that my daughter is in safe hands and having a brilliant time when she is at Magpies, there are plenty of other nurseries closer to me but I definitely made the right decision for my child in sending her here (and will be doing the same with my youngest daughter too). On another note, I used to work at magpies a few years ago myself and the improvements that have been made since the management has changed are astounding, they have a new outside play area, the setting has all been nicely decorated recently, and they even have pet stick insects which the children love! Every day is filled with new and exciting activities to help the children develop and discover new interests. Thank you so much to Tracie & Team, you are an absolute asset to the village.

My son has recently left this pre-school after spending the last two years there. When he started he had a few issues with his confidence (eating with his peers, using the toilet and socialising) I never thought I'd see the day that he would be confident in doing all of those things and more. Without Tracie (manager) and the other girls continuous support with him it wouldn't of happened (as it has been a long road) I will be forever grateful for everything that they have done not only for my son, but for me too. My son is going to really miss attending here and seeing the girls and leaving behind some lovely friendships he has now made. I would 100% recommend this lovely, small village pre-school. Thank you all :)
