Inclusion & environment
The manager and staff fully understand children's unique traits and personalities and meet their needs well, including for children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). All staff support children who have SEND well. They liaise closely with outside agencies, such as specialist teachers. Staff implement helpful and consistent strategies that support children to learn.
The manager and staff use additional funding to support the individual needs of children effectively. For example, they have purchased resources to support children to develop their physical skills and build on their interest in outdoor play.
