Outdoor space

Children relish the learning opportunities in the outdoor environment. Babies learn to negotiate inclines and manoeuvre themselves around children and resources. Older children talk with confidence about caring for the natural world and nurturing living things, discussing the need for water for plants and using smaller watering cans for small plants.
