The highly qualified staff, with five out of eight holding Level 3 Early Years qualifications and the manager at Level 5, are dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging environment. Outdoor space
In the garden, children are supported to take risks in their play, for example, climbing onto crates and cable reels and jumping from the top. Staff know the children well, identifying when some children need a hand to hold to help promote their safety when they jump.
EAL / language support
Staff attend sign language training and implement this during conversations with children, which helps all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), to support their understanding of the words staff use.
