How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) have their specific needs swiftly met through targeted support funded by the nursery. The nursery fosters strong partnerships with health visitors and speech and language therapists to enhance children's progress.

Outdoor space

Children show much interest in exploring the stimulating outdoor areas. Staff help children develop physical skills, such as navigating stepping stones and climbing, and master using tools like tongs for snack time, all within their outdoor play.

EAL / language support

The nursery works closely with parents of children who speak English as an additional language, finding out key words in their home languages to use in conversations.
