Inspector highlights
Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
parents say that the nursery feels like an extension of home and that children develop exceptionally strong relationships with their key person.
Inclusion & environment
There is early intervention to ensure children with special educational needs and/or disabilities thrive. When staff identify children's specific needs, such as how they prefer to communicate, staff undertake training to learn about these before children start at the nursery. As a result, from the very beginning, staff commit to meeting children's individual needs.
Children are confident in applying what they learn. This is very evident when, for example, toddlers find a beetle in the garden and use their previous learning about minibeasts to identify it. Older children apply their excellent mathematical skills as they use tally charts to count birds arriving in the nursery garden.
The staff at Meadow View are excellent. My child is extremely lucky to have a place there. He has been going since he was 10 months old and is now in his final year before he starts school. I honestly couldn't be happier with his progress and the care he has received. Danni and her team were also incredibly supportive when I was diagnosed with cancer in 2023. Obviously, this was a challenging time for us as a family but I always knew that I could rely on the staff at Meadow View to provide consistency and quality care for my child. This eliminated what could have been a huge worry, I can not thank them enough. They ABSOLUTELY deserve their Outstanding Ofsted rating!

The team provided engaging educational activities that encouraged him him to thrive independentally and socially. I cannot thank the team enough for their consistent hard work and efficiency in comms throughout my son's time there. Definitely recommend!
