This nursery truly feels like a second home to our family. Both of my children have attended one has now moved on to school, and my baby is still there and I honestly cannot put into words how grateful we are for everything the staff do. The love, care, and dedication shown to my child every single day is incredible. The staff put so much energy, heart, and passion into creating such a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment. You can see how much they genuinely care, and it makes all the difference. They have supported my baby so beautifully through her transition into nursery, and she is already communicating so well. Seeing her learn and use Makaton has been so emotional for us as parents it’s amazing how much confidence and development they have helped her gain in such a short time. The activities they plan are exceptional thoughtful, creative, and perfectly suited to each child’s needs. The observations we receive are detailed, meaningful, and really show how well the staff know and understand our child. They always take time to talk with us about her development and how we can continue to support her at home, which makes us feel truly involved in her learning journey. This is such a family-oriented nursery, with lovely events running throughout the year that really bring everyone together. The food is another huge highlight a fantastic menu with a variety of cuisines from around the world, giving the children such a rich and inclusive experience. The Famly app is brilliant and so reassuring we receive regular updates and a daily diary every day, which we always look forward to. The extra touch of the home visit when you’re offered a space made the transition so much easier and showed how thoughtful and child-focused the nursery really is. Every member of staff is kind, welcoming, and incredibly dedicated, and it really shows that many of them have worked there for a long time. Their consistency, energy, and genuine love for the children make this nursery a truly special place. We feel so lucky to be part of it and would recommend it wholeheartedly to any family.
Read on GoogleI have had both my children cared for at Mini stars independently over the last 8 years. My wife and I were welcomed into their family with open arms and given the time to be listened to and not judged for being anxious parents. We always knew how serious the management and team took their roles and were always kept updated with messages and daily logs of our children's play and development. Our children formed great relationships with all the team and deep bonds with their respective key workers. We always had fun on the outings.
Read on GoogleFrom the moment our daughter started at the nursery at just 9 months old, we knew we had made the right decision. Handing over such a young baby is never easy, but the reassurance, warmth, and genuine care shown by the team made the transition feel safe and natural for our whole family. Our daughter has now moved up into the toddler room, and the way the staff supported her through this change was exceptional. They took the time to understand her routine, personality, and needs, ensuring she felt confident and secure every step of the way. Watching her settle so happily and grow in independence has been incredibly reassuring as a parent. The nurturing environment they provide is outstanding. The staff are attentive, patient, and deeply invested in each child’s development. It’s clear how well they know our daughter, from her interests to her milestones, and the progress she has made in such a short space of time is remarkable. Her communication has flourished, and seeing her confidently use Makaton has been especially moving for us — something we never imagined she would pick up so quickly at such a young age. The learning experiences offered are thoughtfully planned and age-appropriate, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and confidence. The observations and updates we receive are detailed and meaningful, giving us a real insight into her days and how she is developing. We truly appreciate the open communication and the guidance the team provide on how we can support her learning at home — it really feels like a partnership. What makes this nursery stand out is the strong sense of community. It genuinely feels like a family space, with regular events that bring parents, children, and staff together. The Famly app is a fantastic tool and gives us so much peace of mind. Daily diaries, photos, and updates help us feel connected to her day, even when we’re not there. The home visit offered when we accepted her place was such a thoughtful touch and really showed how committed the nursery is to supporting children from the very beginning. The consistency of the staff is also incredibly reassuring. Many have been there for years, and their experience, dedication, and genuine love for the children shines through in everything they do. We feel incredibly grateful that our daughter has been able to start her early years journey in such a caring, supportive environment and would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any family looking for exceptional care.
Read on GoogleFantastic nursery. When my daughter started, she was only 9 months old and not yet mobile. It didn’t take long at all before she began reaching her milestones and progressing so well across all areas of development. I couldn’t recommend the nursery highly enough — the staff are lovely and always go above and beyond.
