My daughter attended Ministeps and left last year and still we haven’t found a childcare provider that comes close. They had changed managers the new manager was lovely, very friendly and approachable and seemed to genuinely love kids. The stars of the show were the young ladies in Hungry Caterpillars🥹 they were all amazing and super loving. I felt comfortable leaving my child there which is the main thing but Chelsea was my daughters key person and I’m so grateful she went above and beyond, was very trustworthy and could tell she takes pride in what she does which plays a big part in who these amazing little humans become. We love you Chels! She deserves a promotion and pay rise the lot of it!!😂🤩😍❤️
Read on GoogleWe are very grateful that we have found Ministeps Nursery, we knew straight away this the right choice for our daughter. We liked what we saw, how the staff were interacting with the kids, and we felt very welcome when we first came there. It is incredible, how much she has learned at Ministeps Nursery in 3 months only. The staff played a huge part in our daughter's development.Everybody is exceptionally caring, loving, and professional. Also, we don’t know how they do it, but they constantly keep coming up with new and creative ideas how to entertain the kids. It’s a place where we leave our daughter without having any concerns that he will not be treated the way we would want it to. We cannot recommend Ministeps Nursery Uxbridge highly enough!
Read on GoogleMinisteps Nursery seems like a nice nursery setting but unfortunately I didnt feel as though we were welcome which made me feel uncomfortable. Whether its because they are not keen on using 2yr old funding or other reasons to which I have no idea..but that is the vibe I got. No matter how nice a nursery/school/childminder setting is if the employers in this case the manager isn't welcoming and giving off positive vibes to a parent why on earth would you leave your child in their care? This was my experience for others it maybe different.
Read on GoogleVery badly managed throughout the whole company and unprofessional. Poor communication from staff and management. Deterriation in my child's health, wellbeing and education. No real sense of care and code of conduct followed.
Read on GoogleMy daughter attended here for three years. I can’t praise ministeps enough. Amazing staff! She absolutely flourished here.
