We couldn't be happier with our experience at Monkey Puzzle Southgate! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a genuine sense of warmth, nurture and professionalism from the entire team. The staff are attentive and clearly passionate about children’s overall development. Our son settled in quickly thanks to the supportive environment and engaging daily activities. We’ve seen so much progress in his confidence, communication and social skills. The nursery is always clean, organised and filled with fun, educational resources that keep the children stimulated and happy. There is also always National Day for the children to celebrate! Communication with parents is excellent too, we receive regular updates, photos and feedback, which really puts our minds at ease. It’s clear that Monkey Puzzle isn’t just a nursery but a community and a place where children are encouraged to thrive and feel safe. Thank you to the amazing team for creating such a positive and enriching environment. Highly recommended to any parents looking for top-quality childcare!

My daughter has been with monkey puzzle since she was 11 months and enjoyed every minute of it! Management is great as it explains everything in detail and helps with all the application process and queries. The classrooms staff has been amazing throughout, caring and compassionate. Lots of activities and a great experience for little ones to learn safely and foster their creatuvity! Very much recommended!

My son has been with monkey puzzle for some time and we have never been happier. The nursery practitioners especially his key worker have been so caring, warm and nurturing. Always updating us in a timely manner via their own app. The management team have also been fantastic and supportive with great communication. I would highly recommend this nursery to parents/carers.

I wouldn’t even know where to begin with my praise. Our daughter has been at this nursery since the baby room, where the staff are so gentle and tender with the babies, it is just beautiful. She then spent an amazing and adventurous year in the toddler room, where she made the biggest developmental leaps, supported by the incredible toddler room staff. They do so many fun activities with the children to help them reach independence and confidence. She had so much fun there and bonded with her key worker and all the other practitioners so much that I was truly emotional when the year was over. She’s now in the preschool room, where the fun and education just never end. She comes home fulfilled, happy, and tired. She loves telling us about her preschool adventures and loves her teachers so much. They do an amazing job of really prepping the kids for reception..slowly but surely. Never with pressure, and always in the most fun and creative ways. The food at this setting is lovely. The nursery cook is amazing and creates magic, as all toddlers love her food (and her!). Parents are always informed about what the kids are up to, with notes and updates as well as photos. We are very grateful for all the amazing work and effort that is being done by the staff and management, and we just love Monkey Puzzle so much. Honestly, best nursery ever.

We really feel like we've lucked out with this nursery. Our son has been attending 3 days a week from 10 months old (now nearly 3 yrs), and he's growing to be such a confident, happy little person - making true connections with his classmates and key workers. The staff at MP Southgate go above and beyond, and truly care for all of our littles! They do such a great variety of activities each day and make a point to celebrate the diversity of the families attending the nursery through art, food and music. I also appreciate timely updates through the Famly app on day to day activities (food, naps, toileting) and his overall development progress. Would recommend to any friend!
