Our child attended this nursery for one semester, and we had to eventually withdraw her. We found the environment to be very rigid, with inflexible rules (e.g., start time at 9:15, restrictions on dresses, jeans, earrings, and limited accommodation for individual family circumstances). This made the overall experience stressful for us. Montessori pedagogy is intended to recognise and support the individuality of each child and promote development in alignment with their interests. Unfortunately, we did not feel that the nursery truly followed Montessori principles. In addition, communication from the nursery manager, Winnie, was unpleasant, both towards us and our child. This was significant enough that I had to raise it with another staff member. The location is convenient, which is why I have given it two stars.

I can not recommend this nursery enough. My toddler has been going there for almost a year, and they absolutely love it. Warm and caring teachers, friendly environment, diverse activities, and I have seen my toddler developing positively. While they do not use high tech with digital content sharing and the communication is old school via a handwritten notebook, services are amazing and it keeps the fees very reasonable.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this nursery. Our son has thrived and been very happy there over the last two years. The environment is extremely friendly and nurturing and we’ve had a brilliant relationship with all of the staff in both classrooms that he’s been in so far. They’ve been particularly helpful with challenges we’ve faced outside of the classroom too such as potty training and getting used to the idea of having a new sibling. We would highly recommend this nursery to parents.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the nursery manager (Winnie). It would take 5-6 emails and multiple calls to get 1 response from her. But, when she wanted GBP 50 to put my son on a waitlist, she was responding within minutes. Her attitude on emails was dismissive and unhelpful. Another mom I met whose kid goes to the nursery mentioned the same thing about Winnie’s attitude. The school is not even rated outstanding. So, not sure why they are behaving like they are the Harvard of nursery schools in the region. I wouldn't recommend this nursery to anyone seeking a caring and professional environment for their child.
