Mount Lane Day Care Nursery, established in June 1990, provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for children ranging from 3 months to 11 years old. As the first private day care nursery in Market Drayton, it has continually evolved, expanding in 1994 and again in 2007 to incorporate "Club 5-11," an after-school programme.
The nursery is structured with four dedicated rooms, each tailored to specific age groups: babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers, and the Club 5-11 for older children. They emphasise a caring and supportive atmosphere, aiming to foster development and learning.
The original proprietors and lead practitioner remain involved, underscoring a commitment to their founding principles. The nursery is proactive in assisting families with childcare costs, accepting various government funding schemes and childcare vouchers.
They encourage parents to contact the office directly for detailed information on fees and available financial support.

Inclusion & environment
Children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities receive high levels of support. Staff work well with other professionals. This helps to give children the focused support they need and ensures that gaps in learning are closed.
Older children enjoy the time they spend outdoors. They develop their imaginations well as they use the outside tap and pretend to wash their toy vehicles in the 'car wash'.
Excellent staff who really put their all into make this an excellent environment for the kids. Lots of events planned throughout the year, parents get involved with the nursery as well helping plan events, how to spend funds etc. Wouldn't choose another to send my kids too.
