  • On 11 November 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures and staff: child ratios. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant incident. On 27 November 2025 we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has taken a range of constructive steps to strengthen supervision and safety practices across the setting, including improving headcount procedures, enhancing the way children's movements are monitored, updating policies, increasing staff awareness, and ensuring consistent use of agreed systems. These changes help ensure that children are more effectively supervised, clearly accounted for, and better protected from the risk of being left unattended.
