- A waiting list registration fee of £250 is required, plus a £400 acceptance fee deducted from the final invoice.

Our daughter has been here since Feb 25 and she is very happy here. The staff are all lovely and we can tell she is well looked after by her key person. We have been kept well informed throughout any room moves. I appreciate the detailed handover at the end of the day and we never feel rushed to leave so the staff can see other parents, who may also be waiting. We also as parents have developed great relationships with the various members of staff who are all welcoming and knowledgeable. We also appreciate the crossaints & tasty treats in the mornings 😍. Overall, great nursery with excellent staff and I would recommend highly to anyone.

We couldn’t be happier with our daughter’s experience at N Family Club. From the very first day in the Wildwood, the staff made her feel safe, welcomed and truly cared for. The team is warm, patient and incredibly attentive to her needs. Our daughter has blossomed since joining the nursery! Now, in her second year here, she comes home excited to tell us about her day, whether it’s a new song she learned, a craft she created or a story she listened to. The learning environment is full of creativity, kindness and joy and we’ve seen her grow in confidence, communication and independence! N Family Club has truly become a second home for her and for that, we can’t thank them enough!

Our little one goes to this nursery since May. Everyone at the nursery is so friendly and caring with our little one. The adaptation period was super important for us since she started when she was only 9 months old, and the staff made it such a smooth and reassuring experience. We’ve had no issues at all and would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents!

We’ve been sending our little one to N Family since he was 9 months old, and it’s been amazing to see how much he’s grown and developed. The team really take the time to keep the kids engaged with a wide mix of activities, and the updates through their app are so detailed and easy to follow, it gives us real peace of mind while we’re at work. I also love that they focus on sustainability, with lots of wooden toys instead of endless plastic ones. And as a parent, the small touches go a long way, like being able to grab a croissant and some fruit at drop-off or pick-up.

Excellent nursery, my son has been attending for 6 months now and is very happy there. The staff are wonderful and I would happily recommend this nursery to anyone in the area. Or even the franchise if there is one nearby.
