Parents speak highly about the care and support staff provide and the excellent progress their children make.
This is a fantastic nursery. My son has been attending since he was 9 months old and he is now in his last year, before starting school. The level of care has always been exceptional, with daily pictures and updates showing the activities he's been learning and enjoying. All the staff are very attentive and friendly. The nursery has a wonderful curriculum, its very diverse and inclusive and acknowledges occasions and festivities celebrated across the world. They have a brilliant menu full of wholesome goodness and the food is freshly made on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this nursery.
Read on GoogleThe N curriculum is very thorough and perfectly fits the children development. On top of that, the team at N is super supportive and great with kids activities. We love seeing our children thrive in the N environment. Cannot recommend more. And the cherry on the cake, the cooked breakfast you can’t get in any other nurseries.
Read on GoogleThe only good thing about that nursery is thr food and good building. Staff is undertrained not paying attention to children. They allowed them yo eat sand and chalk saying it is normal. The manager doesnt show enough empathy with new parents prompting me to take my child grom nursery when i raised above concerns. Also the teachers are dealing so much with ipad that there is little time to spend with kids. Highly not recommending that place for your children
Read on GoogleI was disappointed with this nursery. The environment felt dark, and only one room had garden access, which didn’t seem fair for the younger children. Although the food options sounded great, the staff member giving the tour didn’t engage with my son at all, despite his attempts to interact. Overall, not the experience I had hoped for.
Read on GoogleWe visited several nurseries around Cambridge for our daughter, who turned one when she started, and our main priorities were clean facilities, friendly and professional staff, and a curriculum that goes above the government standards. N Family Club truly exceeded our expectations in all these areas. Our transition wasn’t easy, especially since our daughter was still breastfed at the time, but the key person, with the amazing support of their colleagues, was incredibly professional, empathetic, and supportive. Their help made this transition so much more manageable for us. Our daughter has been at the nursery for two months now, and she seems to really enjoy it. She’s comfortable with the staff and bonded well with the key person. The food is nutritious, tasty, and includes a variety of cuisines. At first, she struggled to eat, but the staff went above and beyond to encourage her to eat better. We’ve already started seeing positive changes. The feedback from the staff is provided daily, and we can track updates, including highlights of the day’s activities, through the app. The staff is incredibly imaginative with their activities, and I’ve even started using some of their ideas at home because our daughter loves them so much. Overall, we are really pleased with our experience, and we feel lucky to have found such a wonderful place for our daughter! Thank you!
