My son started here when he was only 7 months old and has loved every day of nursery since. Such a lovely warm and welcome nursery, the staff are always so kind and friendly and really supportive of the children. They go above and beyond and are always looking for ways to improve. Highly recommend.
Read on GoogleWe highly, highly recommend Patacake. Our youngest has been with them since he was 7 months old and his older brother was with them from 1 year to years old. Our eldest still loves going back to see the staff. The staff in all the rooms are kind, welcoming and have such clearly positive bonds with the children in their care. This has been so helpful in easing any anxiety about sending our two to nursery at such a relatively young age. The range of learning activities each room provides everyday is amazing and it's great to see our youngest using the sign language he's been taught to say please and thank you. Staff give considered feedback at the end of everyday and the management have been really great at keeping us up to date with weekly newsletters and ideas for activities to do at home to build on what's being done during the day. Overall an amazing place to send your kids.
Read on GoogleWe LOVE this nursery. Our daughter started in the baby room and is now 2.5 and has just moved in the toddler room after a brief stint in pre-toddlers. We cannot fault a single staff member. They are kind, treat the children as individuals and are utterly professional. Our daughter is thriving thanks to their remarkable care. Patacake also has a robust and sensible approach to covid and has done since the beginning. We have felt informed throughout but experienced very little disruption - best of both worlds. Perhaps the admin side could be a little more efficient but to be honest I think that may be par for the course with nursery settings. For any anxious parent worried about their child starting in a new setting I could not recommend this place more highly.
Read on GoogleI am father of two children one 3yrs and one under 1yrs at this nursery. I highly recommend this nursery has so many learning opportunities for my children. The staff are very supportive and caring. They all seem very enthusiastic and always greeted with a smile on their faces which helps with difficult drop off. This such a wonderful place to put your children in. 5* in my eyes.
