We’ve had such a wonderful experience with N Family Club since its opening in 2021! Our second son absolutely loves going to nursery each day — he’s always excited to see his key workers and friends. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and supportive, and it’s clear how much thought and effort goes into making each child feel safe, happy, and encouraged to grow. Special mention to the great outings and activities : scooter squad, going to the local library or museum, visiting the city farm… We feel so lucky to be part of this nurturing community. Highly recommend!

We had an unexpected few experiences with local nurseries before our daughter started at N Family when she was 1.5yrs, during the branch’s first year of opening. We’ve been very happy with both our child’s progress and the general responsiveness and warmness of the staff. Natural ‘teething’ issues at the start linked to parental expectations but we’ve experienced a few nurseries previously and N in comparison does a fantastic job. They’re now experimenting with teaching children about the circle of life with the first batch of chicks that the nursery is helping to hatch and grow -> it’s lovely to see the excitement on the kids faces as they get to play and the venerable front of house Zita, lovely and professional, really thrives with her new ‘adopted’ role of chick keeper. Keep up the good work folks

Mechelle and Maddie have been absolutely amazing with me—an anxious mum about to leave her little man in a new nursery setting. They handled me with such care and provided all the information I needed to feel at ease. They explained every step of the process and made the entire transition a blissful experience. Their attention to detail has been outstanding—they went through his full schedule and dietary needs with me and have been excellent with communication throughout. I couldn't have asked for a better start to his nursery journey!

Our experience with the nursery has been excellent since we started beginning of this year. Lots of well planned activities and learning opportunities for children and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Our key person Ahren takes really good care of our son and provides brilliant support to help us as parents feel reassured. The daily photo updates are also an amazing feature that we look forward to seeing!

We’ve had children at N Family Olympic Park since the day it opened and both our children have had a fantastic experience at the nursery. All of the educators and staff have been incredibly positive and supportive, and they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure our children develop and have fun every single day! The nursery facilities and learning experiences are also both of the highest quality. We are so grateful for the nursery and would highly recommend to others!
