I removed my daughter from Newbank Nursery after repeated safeguarding and hygiene failures. She was often handed over in soiled nappies, once came home with an untreated head injury, was left without sleep, and even dressed in long sleeves during a heatwave. The most shocking incident was when the nursery put poo in my daughter’s bag — something I have photographs of. I raised all of these concerns, but nothing changed. Ofsted has now rated this nursery Inadequate, which says it all. I would never recommend sending a child here.
Read on GoogleWe just want to say a huge thank you to Elisha for the incredible support, care, and kindness she has shown in settling our daughter into nursery. Starting nursery was a big step for our daughter, and she was initially very nervous-but Elisha went above and beyond to make her feel safe, welcomed, and happy. Thanks to Elisha's patience, and nurturing nature, our daughter has grown in confidence and truly enjoys her time at Newbank Nursery. It's been so reassuring to know she's been in such capable and caring hands. Elisha has played such an important role in the beginning of Willows' learning and education journey, and we're incredibly grateful. She will be truly missed by both us and our daughter. Thank you, Elisha, and all the girls at Newbank for everything-you've made such a difference, and we'll always remember it.
Read on GoogleI honestly can’t thank Newbank House enough. My baby girl started this week at only 4 months old. As a parent I was so nervous but I honestly can’t thank the baby room enough. They all go above and beyond to ensure my child needs are met and she is happy and content always. The room is always spotless and the activities they set up are very inclusive. I have received a daily diary with information of what my child does, and messages about her day which is very reassuring. When I go my baby girl is always happy and smiling and playing and it makes me feel so at ease leaving her so young knowing she is happy and safe! Honestly can’t thank them enough!
Read on GoogleMy 10 months old son has been going to Newbank House nursery for the last 4 months and we are very happy with the ladies there. We always have nice pictures of his days, filled with multiple activities. I bring home a very happy baby very day.
Read on GoogleThe best nursery. I cannot speak more highly of this place. If you're looking for a sign on which nursery to go for, this is it. Newbank house is absolutely amazing, no ifs or buts. My son started nursery once i returned to work, for around 6 months, i never felt settled. He was always hurting himself, being bit... one thing or another. Long story short, i changed his nursery and sent him to Newbank! The best decision i have ever made. I think every member of staff knew how nervous i was, at first. I used to ring 3 times a day to check on him... now i dont ring at all and feel quite happy to drop him here everyday. The nursery staff are absolutely amazing, every single one of them. Kirsty and Natalie are so approachable and lovely, and if you have any questions, really helpful... My son is in Tweenies, and his development since he started has come on leaps and bounds... and he genuinely loves going in every single day. (No tears since second day in week 1). All the staff in Tweenies are brilliant, with the updates, interactions, even the conversations at drop off and pick up... what an amazing bunch of ladies, but especially Megan and Jane... Megan - she's got to be the most kind, caring person. From every interaction, you can genuinely tell she absolutely loves her job and all of the children, my son adores Megan and often talks about her at home. Jane - is a real life angel. She's wonderful. Jane knows how nervous i was at first, and i couldn't wish for a better key worker for Teddy, she updates me all the time on his development and gives me ideas on things we can do to help with it at home. She really is one of Newbank's greatest assets!! I know people reading this, will think ive been paid for such a review... I havent!!! GENUINELY THE BEST NURSERY EVER! Thank you so much Newbank.
