Would give a big fat zero if I could. They were hopeless when my wife’s friend needed them after paying subs for about 30 years and dreadful representing the opps at the housing association I work at. Do yourself a favour and, save your money and put it elsewhere.

Zero stars. Failed to call me back and represent me 3 times. Paid for a membership and they failed to provide me with any service that I was paying for. Useless waste of time and money your better off using citizens advice. Had to go through personal grievance on my own and have cancelled my membership due to lack of contact and support. Definitely not the UK's leading union.

Protects bullies and abusers but when it comes to me noo no help for the abuse I suffered Steve the ‘regional manager’ has been disgusting online I recognised him.
