• The manager and staff have high expectations for children and provide a calm, safe, and enticing environment.
• Babies excitedly play and explore in the water; toddlers happily toddle around, and older children interact well and form positive relationships.
• Children demonstrate highly effective self-help skills and behave well, happily participating in activities such as writing, drawing, and using scissors.
• Staff use a rich range of language and provide resources that allow children to extend their role play.
• Staff are very committed to providing children with fun learning experiences and constantly reflect on learning to enhance the curriculum.
• Staff support children's literacy and communication skills well, with older children learning to write their names and looking at books.
• Children learn about each other's cultures and backgrounds, fostering self-esteem and respect.
• The arrangements for safeguarding are effective, with staff demonstrating a strong understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
• Staff develop strong partnerships with parents, who speak very highly of the staff and children's progress.
