Inspectors observed babies enjoying songs and making choices from pictures, while older children used balancing equipment in the outdoor area. The report highlights that staff provide effective support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, using signing and visual timetables to aid communication. Parents told the inspector that their children are keen to attend and have made good progress.

How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff build on their skills, including through training that focuses on supporting children's special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). This helps staff to provide effective support for these children. Staff use guidance from other professionals well. They implement specific activities to extend children's individual learning needs. Staff use signing and visual timetables to support communication with children, which particularly helps those with SEND. Additional funding is carefully used to support children's individual needs, including their well-being and learning.

Outdoor space

The managers and staff have a current focus on extending children's learning experiences in the outdoor area; for example, they promote children's balancing skills with different equipment. This was observed during the inspection when older children managed appropriate risks as they balanced along planks.

Loving the place. My son went there to pre-school and now his younger sister is in toddlers. Staff members are very friendly and are looking after the kiddos well. The property looks well maintained and has several gardens. They have a massive parking place too.

Absolutely amazing nursery, every member of staff are friendly, caring, supportive and very professional. nothing is ever too much they always go above and beyond. my children love going and have never once not wanted to attend & get upset when they can’t go. Im going to be so sad when my youngest leaves their next year 😭
