We couldn’t be happier with the nursery. A year of nurturing from the amazing staff, our daughter loves it. The food is great. Communication is excellent. Having the opportunity to visit the farm most days is wonderful. It’s clear the management and staff are committed to creating the best environment and experience for the children. Any issues have been dealt with promptly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience before and were looking for a new nursey for our son. What immediately impressed me was the cleanliness and the size of the rooms, the children have a lot of variety, and you can see the children are just having fun! The children regularly visit the farm and go to play outside, after 3 days my son has gotten used to it and I have a very good feeling, I see such a big difference compared to the previous nursey, I see my child is having fun and that is the most important thing . All the educators are friendly, you're in a good mood as soon as you walk in the door, you can tell they enjoy their work.

Horrendous communication. Registered and paid for my daughter to attend odds farm in October. Place was confirmed. Attempted to contact them to arrange settling in sessions as didn't hear anything. No reply from emails, they don't pick up the phone. Found another nursery with a weeks notice for my daughter to attend as I had to go back to work. When we got hold of Odds farm they apologized and said they would look into how this was missed. Again no response since ... I understand there's staff shortages etc but that's no excuse for not communicating with parents. Parents don't send their kids to nursery for fun, they have to go to work and need reliable childcare. The fact they don't answer the phone is more than worrying, especially if you wanted to get hold of them in an emergency Sending my child here was a near miss. Still awaiting for my deposit money back..

Been trying to get a hold of them for months to enquire for my daughter but can never get threw to anyone. Edit: finally went to go see the nursery. The offsted rating is requires improvement and I’d say that’s correct.. we witnessed children running wild and not being watched at all.. would avoid it at all costs!

Perfect day out with kids. Soft play and outside playground available. Animal show and feeding the animals were our favourite parts.
