I recommend this nursery to everyone. My son started here back in 2021 at 8 months old and I have since had two other children who also currently attend ages 22 months and 6 months old. I can confidently say I’ve had no problems with any of my children during their times here. The staff are friendly and show a high standard of care for the children who attend and can be seen interacting with children at all times. The environment is kept tidy and clean, with a range of fun and exciting activities set out for the children to enjoy.
Read on GoogleMy child attended Once Upon a Time Nurseries for a few terms, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, the facilities were always spotless, and most importantly, my child was genuinely happy and excited to attend each day. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent in the area.
Read on GoogleOur little boy has come on leaps and bounds since starting – both in confidence and development. The nursery clean and well looked after with plenty for the children to do. They keep me updated every single day with what he’s eaten, how long he’s napped and often send photos of him joining in with activities. You half expect them to constantly pick up bugs when they first start nursery, but in almost a year he’s only had one cold – which I honestly put down to the brilliant hygiene and cleanliness the staff maintain. We really couldn’t recommend this nursery enough to other parents.
Read on GoogleMy son joined the nursery earlier this year, having just turned 1, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and support he’s received. The staff are so warm, welcoming and genuinely care about the children. The nursery is clean and well-organised, the meals are nutritional and the facilities and garden are packed with things to keep the children busy and engaged. It’s amazing to see how much he’s grown in confidence since joining as he's naturallyvery shy. The staff do plenty of activities like creative play and lots of outdoor time which he loves. Communication is excellent too – I always feel involved and updated. As a first-time, anxious mum, they have made everything so much easier for me too. Most importantly, my little one is always excited to go in the morning and comes home happy. I have complete peace of mind knowing he is safe, cared for and thriving. I would highly recommend OUAT to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive setting for their child and a team that genuinely care.
Read on GoogleI recently visited your nursery with my 1-year-old son. While I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, I was quite disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. There weren’t any babies present during our visit—only a few older children, possibly around 3 years old—which made me question whether the environment is suited for younger children. What concerned me most was the visible dirt and general lack of hygiene. At this age, babies explore the world by putting things in their mouths, so cleanliness is absolutely crucial. I genuinely believe that a deep clean and a bit of refurbishment could make a big difference, creating a safe and fresh environment that’s more appropriate for young children. Please take this as constructive feedback. I hope this helps you continue improving the space for the little ones in your care. Wishing you all the best!
