Orchard Nursery School, located in Derby, operates two distinct settings on Derby Road. The first, 104 Derby Road, opened in 1993, caters to babies and toddlers within a cosy, single-storey building.
This facility prides itself on its highly qualified and experienced staff dedicated to working with children under three years old. The second setting, 92 Derby Road, established in 1995, functions as a "schoolhouse," preparing children for primary education.
Both nurseries are part of The Orchard Private Day Nurseries, an established early years educational setting committed to providing quality, safe childcare. They aim to offer a warm and friendly educational environment tailored to the individual needs of each family, emphasising the importance of parent partnership in a child's early education.
The director, Dave Williams, opened the first nursery in 1993, and the enterprise has since expanded to its current two-site operation.
