Inclusion & environment
The special educational needs coordinator spoke to the inspector about how they support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
Children are well supervised both indoors and outdoors. Staff provide an abundance of activities to encourage children to be physically active. Children demonstrate agility as they climb, ride trikes, and throw balls. Babies are helped to use push along toys to enable them to gain confidence with their walking skills. Managers provide opportunities, such as football coaching, which children would not normally have access to, helping them engage in regular exercise and develop their coordination skills. The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors.
My Son has been attending this nursery since August and I have to say I am very impressed. My son previously went to another nursery which I didn't feel was supporting my son enough. However, from day 1 the staff have been very welcoming and supportive, my son hasn't cried once going or leaving the nursery and he is always very excited to go and comes out very happy too (and tired). They do a lot of different activities and I always hear new things they have done. The staff are always very enthusiastic and very positive whether it's early in the morning or in the evening. You can see the staff love their jobs and love seeing each child develop. The staff listen to you and take on board your concerns and make sure they focus on this for your child and always provide regular updates/photos regarding your child's progress through their app and face to face. I am really happy with this nursery and will be sending my daughter here too.
Read on GoogleI have been sending my son to Papermoon for 3 years. I have been that happy with the nursery and staff, i now send his brother. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The environment is great for the children as the class sizes are fairly small. The staff work so hard to put on new exciting activities for the children and they send regular updates and photos which is great. I feel confident that my children are happy and well cared for whilst i am at work and i have found this hard to find in other day nurseries. I would definitely recommend Papermoon to other parents
Read on GoogleMy little girl started here at 7months old. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and it's taken only a short time for my daughter to be settled. The nursery is clean and organized. There's always a range of age related activities and it's obvious staff really care about the children. I would highly recommend.
Read on GoogleAll staff is very good with children and polite and very helpful. Carers are considrate and paid attention on the small things. My daughter love 💘 all the staff and enjoying go to nursery to learn new things and play with her friends. The nursery is always very clean and tidy .
Read on GoogleI was quite picky on choosing the right nursery for my 1,5 year old daughter. I am happy that I chose Papermoon, because the groups are not packed, and nurses are so kind and attentive to every kid. Since my little one is on a full-time, I ring the nursery everyday to ask how she is doing, and the staff always comunicates so well and happy to share everything what has been going with my little one. So far I am so happy with their service 👍
