The setting has a strong focus on inclusion, with leaders being passionate about ensuring all children and families feel welcome. They work to identify and address any gaps in children's learning, putting appropriate interventions in place as a priority.
The nursery also places a strong emphasis on personalised care, especially for the youngest children, mirroring home routines to help them settle. The dedicated staff, particularly those responsible for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), receive targeted training, offering continuous support and guidance to families and other team members.

Inclusion & environment
Staff with lead responsibility for supporting children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are dedicated to their roles and fully understand their responsibilities. They receive targeted training to offer ongoing support, guidance and advice to families, as well as to other staff.
Children develop their core muscle skills as they bend, dig and manoeuvre their bodies during outdoor explorations. Older children persist at getting their own puddle suits on to go outside.
