Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) receive exceptional support, with staff liaising closely with parents and other professionals to successfully target and support their learning and progress. Inventive ideas, such as mark-making under the table, help strengthen core muscles and contribute to rapid physical development.
When playing outdoors, younger children use large construction materials to build a house. Older children ride bikes with precision and skill, negotiating pathways with platforms, ramps, and cones. The energetic staff encourage regular exercise and set exciting challenges to build on children's physical skills.
Children who speak English as an additional language (EAL) are well-supported, with staff using photographs of children's experiences to spark conversations, helping them to engage and become fluent communicators.
