We’ve been at Parsons House Nursery full time since it opened and couldn’t be happier. Unlike an earlier posts, this review is based on our direct, first-hand experience as parents, not assumptions or second-hand accounts. Our daughter has been very happy there, absolutely enjoys going each day, and has built lovely relationships with the nursery practitioners, who are kind, attentive, and supportive. The children are engaged and well cared for, and the management team are approachable and professional. We’ve always felt comfortable and confident about the care our child receives each day.

Our daughter started nursery at 14 months old and she settled in surprisingly quickly and she is loving coming there. The facilities are all very beautiful, clean and well maintained. Staff are all so caring and professional. We always had full confidence in them and my daughter absolutely loved her carers, especially Maxine! I also appreciated that they cater well for dietary restrictions and take such care at mealtimes to ensure kids only eat their own food. That was very important to me. Communication with the nursery was great and I felt they care about parents feedback and are constantly working to improve things. Great nursery with amazing staff. Highly recommended!!!

We wish to write more a letter of appreciation than a review. Our son (Vasi) joined the PHN when it opened nearly 2 years ago at Puffins. We immediately saw results in his manners, energy and attitude. The team and leadership across the nursery is truly exceptional. Personable, they truly care for the growth and the development of the kids and the sweetest people there is. Seeing our son flourish to a kind, considerate, sociable and most curious boys is credit to them. Miss Nichole, Henriette, Joshelle. Kirst, Belinda, Rosie, Tamara, Nicolina and the rest of the team are truly wonderful. I couldn’t ,of course, forget Joshua at the door who added an extra element of coolness to the mix. Thinking about the above kind of makes us emotional, and is heartbreaking to leave PHN, and we never would, should we continue to live in the UK. There is room for a PHN in Athens for sure (should you consider expanding!!!!) Truly, a wholehearted thank you to everyone for the most wonderful environment you have created for our kid!!! We are extremely grateful to the entire team and management! U+S

Our 2.5 year old child started at Parsons House Nursery in January 2024 after attending another nursery in the area. All the staff have been very welcoming and supportive and he's settled in very quickly. The nursery opened recently and looks absolutely stunning, in a small street by Parson's Green. Rooms are big and very bright with lots of natural light, and all the furniture/toys/decoration have been carefully chosen to create a lovely atmosphere. There's lots of activities and parents are updated every day with a summary and pictures sent via the Famly App. The nursery is only closed 1 week per year, which is a plus. The Jesse's House will open right in front of the nursery later in 2024 and parents get a discount on the fees. So far we're super happy with PHN and we highly recommend it!

We moved our son to Parsons House Nursery from a previous nursery and I am so happy we did. All the staff go above and beyond to make your child’s day fun, fulfilling and educational in equal measures- whilst updating parents regularly via the App and also face-to-face at drop-off and collection. Even grandparents (who did drop-off for the first time) commented on how friendly the staff are (Sam greeting them at reception and Jasmine in Puffins) and how efficient it all seemed to run. The space is fantastic - high ceilings and light and kept super clean. Extremely grateful and thankful to Ivonne, Sam, Jasmine, Bea and Monika (to name a few) for helping us make this a smooth transition for us parents but more importantly their incredible care for our son. Highly recommend this nursery for any parents considering. Dr M Baptista
