The nursery has a dedicated team of 14 staff members, of whom 13 hold appropriate early years qualifications at Level 2 or above, including one at Level 5. The setting is committed to providing funded early education for two-, three-, and four-year-old children.
Children benefit from a rich variety of engaging activities that encourage sensory exploration, such as playing with mud, wood, shells, and pine cones, and decorating dough with petals and seeds. The staff foster strong bonds with children and prioritise their personal, social, and emotional development, incorporating mindfulness sessions and promoting independence by encouraging children to serve their own food and drinks, as well as teaching good hygiene practices like handwashing and teeth cleaning.
The nursery also places a strong emphasis on early literacy, offering a lending library for parents and utilising additional funding to purchase books and props to engage children interactively with stories. This well-established nursery, which received a "Good" rating in its latest Ofsted inspection on 5th September 2023, continually strives to enhance its provision, focusing on communication skills and creating an optimal learning environment for all.

Read on GoogleIt’s no wonder this nursery is award winning! Our son has attended this nursery since he was 7 months old - now he’s almost 3 and he has loved every second. The staff provide activities to suit his interests and are always on hand to support with any queries we might have as first time parents. They are led by a fantastic manager whose passion and knowledge shines through everything and filters down throughout the different rooms. We cannot recommend this nursery enough.

Our two children have had amazing support from the friendly and consistent team, whose care for and understanding of our family has helped us through difficult times. Highly recommended and a very inclusive setting for children with additional needs.
