I am absolutely appalled by my experience with Magic Garden. The way they have handled the 15 hours of free childcare entitlement is completely unacceptable. I was misinformed about costs, never clearly told how the hours would be split, and then hit with ridiculous charges that make no sense. When I tried to question the bills, I was met with dismissive, unhelpful responses, at one point even feeling laughed at for raising concerns about affordability. The finance team has made everything unnecessarily complicated, with repeated overcharging and zero accountability. Parents put their trust in nurseries to be transparent and fair. This place has been neither. The lack of professionalism and basic respect is shocking. I would strongly advise any parent to think twice before sending their child here especially if there is other funding involved as the nursery will try to rip you off and charge extra on the sly.

My experience with the nursery has been amazing so far. Both me and my child have really enjoyed starting at the nursery as a parent and a practitioner. My child loves coming to nursery, he loves everything, messy play and looking at different story books , looking at different animals etc. It’s so nice to see my child grow and develop in so many different ways 😊 The staff are all so lovely to be around and understand everything we ask. It’s like one big family unit! Management are all so nice and supportive as a team!!

My son has attended the nursery since March this year and he is currently in the Rainbow room. After a poor experience at another nursery in the area, it was absolutely a breath of fresh air to come to this nursery. My son has a great time every day, in fact all the kids seem to, the activities they do are varied and engaging, the food is good quality and the menus have good variety. The indoor facilities are typical of a lot of nurseries in the area, however the outdoor space is excellent, and this is where the nursery shines versus other nurseries in the area. They go outside every day whatever the weather. The staff are all really friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy being with the children. I really like that there is consistency with the staff, I know everyone's names and I know who will be in the room each day. The manager seems very well organised and on top of things. My son comes home each day happy and chatting about all the things he has got up to - his favourite thing is the weekly Spanish lessons!

We are so happy with the care from the staff at Magic Garden with my son. They are always doing exciting and fun activities that we would never be able to do at home and we look forward to the picture updates on the app throughout the day. Handovers are also really thorough and shows how attentive the staff are with the children. We also love that the food is healthy, freshly cooked onsite and always smells amazing! Thank you to the baby room and all the team at Magic Garden!
