All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and children in receipt of additional funding, make good progress in their learning. Leaders and staff work closely with other professionals to ensure that gaps in children's learning, and any specific needs, are identified early and acted on quickly. The special educational needs coordinator spoke to the inspector about how they support children with SEND.
Leaders and the newly appointed manager provide a wide range of learning opportunities, both indoors and outdoors. For example, when outdoors, staff support children to recreate the story 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt'.
Absolutely wonderful, couldn't recommend Victoria Park Day Nursery more! Sophie and the team are so committed to all of the children and their individual needs and my daughter was taken under their wing after moving from a different setting. She loves going every week and cant get me out of the door quick enough! She only started in June, but they are definitely the best :-)
