We had such a bad experience with our daughter at this nursery. If your child has any special needs do NOT send them here! We couldn’t even get our government backed 30 hours and the nursery wouldn’t let our daughter do more than two days due to her autism even though they were letting other neurotypical children who came after our daughter do full time. Discrimination is rife is this nursery, the atmosphere is cold and absolutely no love at all towards the kids. Thankfully we have our daughter in a much better nursery doing full time at Angels by Day ❤️

My son attends Phoenix Park and he loves it! It is extremely reassuring leaving your child with people who care for him like their own when you have to return back to work! He absolutely loves his key worker & the rest of the staff and I can see how comfortable he is around them when I pick him up! The nursery owner Louise is very genuine and makes your experience very personal. The nursery has a lovely atmosphere and that is proven by my son’s continuous development so far. Seveiro is always happy to be dropped off at nursery which is nice to see! I don’t ever feel worried when I leave him & I can continue my day at work without fretting that he’s unhappy, he’s far from that! Thank you Phoenix

A really lovely nursery. Both our girls have had an amazing time at Phoenix Park and will be sad to leave. They absolutely love going and have established really close bonds with their keyworkers in both the chick's and peacocks room. Staff are kind, caring and professional and have an obvious love of working with children. Would highly recommend.

Having had this misery highly recommended by two separate individuals. We had made an appointment with the manager via telephone for a show around, going to have our 1 year old start. Arrived a little earlier than the set time and remained in the car as I was aware the manager had a meeting prior to our arrival. On arrival we were asked to sign in and the manager would be with us shortly. After signing in and 10mins later no in of the manager we left. This was two working days ago and we haven’t received a phone call from the nusery to apologise and reschedule. There was no seating area as such. One chair in the entrance door- not suitable for two parent families. Not very welcoming neither. One of the nursery staff walked past us as we had entered and said the manager would be down in afew minutes. The lady absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Absolutely poor first hand experience.
