Staff are great with the kids and lovely however the running of the nursery is not great. Pulled my little one out due to a number of things I was not happy with over a period of time including incidents such as my child being spat on and bitten however me only finding out through my son. Cleanliness of my son, always having a dirty face and not being cleaned properly after the toilet. Consistency in daily diary updates is terrible. Development updates are poor, very rarely updated. Unorganised and is overpriced. Asked for development updates and weekly activities to be provided many times but this was also hit and miss, gave up asking in the end. Drastic changes in fee increases each year with little notice. Always referred to terms and conditions whenever queries raised, lack of care. With the cost of the nursery I expect the highest standard. It is very old and seems dirty, strong smell of urine at times as well. Really needs updating. Other nurseries I have experienced are miles better and not as costly. Would not recommend this nursery.

Our daughter started in January 2023 and we are very happy with our choice of nursery. Now she is properly settled, she goes in happily and comes out with a smile on her face. She is always talking about the staff when she is at home and telling me about all the things she has done and how much fun she has. The staff are very caring and informative and give a daily update on what she has done while she is there. Would definitely recommend

I was a bit worried about how my daughter would be starting nursery as at nearly 10 months old, most of her life had been spent with solely me and her dad due to the pandemic. The staff were reassuring, welcoming and you can tell they really care about the children in their care. The communication is great , we really appreciate the weekly newsletters and we've felt able to get in touch when we have questions. Most importantly my girl absolutely loves it there!

We struggled with my child not settling with childcare providers until we found Playdays. They took the time to get to know him, and were patient and really caring. He is now thriving there and learning new things every day. All the staff are brilliant and give so much to all the kids they care for.

My twins have been going here since they were 9 months old and they absolutely love it. You can tell they're having such a good time by the happy mood they're in when you collect them each day. The staff really care about them and their well being.
