Playdays Preschool is a family-operated childcare provider that commenced its services in 2010. The organisation is committed to fostering the development and education of preschool-aged children within a supportive, community-focused setting.

Each of its various locations features a dedicated management team, including a Manager, Deputy Manager, and a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCO), alongside a staff of qualified and experienced professionals. A key aspect of their approach is to provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment, adhering to a framework that promotes equal opportunities for all children and their families.

The curriculum is specifically designed to meet approved learning outcomes in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. The preschool emphasises individualised care, with each child assigned a dedicated key person, and maintains a high adult-to-child ratio to ensure personalised attention.

The aim is to create an environment where children can experience fun and build friendships, while also offering families opportunities to actively engage in the group's activities and monitor their child's progress.

What it's like

Children show that they are extremely happy and secure in this highly stimulating, nurturing environment. They show great curiosity and interest in the wide range of interesting and challenging activities available to them. Staff are incredibly positive role models and are superb at following children's lead based on their interests.

Pricing & funding

Fees are charged per three-hour session, with hourly rates applicable for the Baby Unit. A daily consumable charge applies to all children to cover snacks and extra-curricular activities, which parents can opt in or out of during registration.
