Playdays Preschool is a family-operated childcare provider that has been serving the community since 2010. They offer a nurturing and stimulating environment for preschool-aged children, focusing on enhancing their development and education within a friendly, community-based setting.
Each of their locations, which include Playdays Preschool, Nutkins Nursery, and Bretons Preschool, is managed by its own dedicated team, comprising a Manager, Deputy Manager, and Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCO), alongside other qualified and experienced staff members. The preschool adheres to the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, providing a specially tailored curriculum designed to help children achieve approved learning outcomes.
They emphasise individualised care and attention, with each child assigned a dedicated key person and a high adult-to-child ratio. This approach aims to foster fun and friendship among children and adults, while also encouraging families to actively participate in the group's activities and their child's developmental progress.

What it's like
Staff greet children and their parents enthusiastically. Routines support children to feel confident and engage in play. Interactions between staff and children, especially those with SEND, are warm and caring, supporting communication skills.
